January 6 – March 24 / 11 sessions (February 17 NO session)

This 11-week basketball-specific program helps young athletes get stronger, quicker, and more explosive — while learning proper movement and recovery.

🔍 Step 1: Baseline Testing

We start by measuring key athletic markers:
    •    Vertical Jump
    •    Broad Jump
    •    Lateral Speed
    •    10-Yard Acceleration

💪 Step 2: Personalized Training

Using your data, we design a tailored 8-week plan focused on:
    •    Strength & Speed
    •    Agility & Explosiveness
    •    Injury Prevention
    •    Recovery & Rehab

📈 Step 3: Retest & Track Progress

At the end of 11 weeks, we retest to measure growth and plan the next phase.
