Schedule:
- 2:45–2:55 PM — Pick-up from Arbor Elementary School
- 3:05 PM — Arrival at the Post, quick snack, water, and bathroom break
- 3:10 PM — Session starts
- Warm-up activities
- Skill-building mini games (focus on listening, balance, footwork, ball-handling, and teamwork)
- Fun scrimmages
- 5:00 PM — Pick-up by parent or guardian
